It's time

If it's in you to speak the truth... Do so. The greatness is inside you. I can see it. It's time to leave the petty vanity aside. Every time you are tempted to take another selfie to remind the world how beautiful or sexy you are...Think again. The world really doesn't care. In fact, this is only a distraction from the from focus. Anyone given the time, the makeup, the clothes, and filters can take a favorable pic. If you must remind that one person to lust after you, please just send it to him/her. With the problems the rest of the world is facing, it is disrespectful. Your act of distracting many to just to hear compliments. The time of "Look at me" has passed. Grow from these ghosts.

I got tired of seeing hair flipped around, blowing in the wind. I'm going to make you want me. Why? It had been my folly as well. It is a weird place that people find themselves. My professional shoots had an hour of paint on face followed by fake poses and coaxing for me to part my lips to drive the men crazy... or had beautiful hair and I loved it, but it seems not very important on the grand scheme of things. and now I just love my head and what's in it. We are all waiting for the world to change, but its not going to unless we change it. Shit happens and we point fingers, condemn, crucify daily. We tune in to hear big money tear people down. If we didn't laugh, then they would change it. So why don't we change it. To not allow yourself to be party to or entertained by the persecution of anything or anyone. Why don't we do without, to make a difference? Why don't we stop talking about ourselves? Pray for the families of the youth drowned at sea. Pray for the captain who made a bad judgment call (we are human, it happens) who sits there in persecution and isolation. Pray for the souljahs, who will choose the right judgment when faced with orders against their conscious, pray for the peace to overcome the souls afflicted with devastation, torment, ghosts. Pray for the youth to make good decisions in their daily lives. Pray for the police officers, judges, lawyers, and politicians to operate on how they would want to be treated. We are the mirrors of ourselves. Those criminals you face represent you. You might be protected by the money, but righteousness does not operate based upon teams. There is no crime without a victim. Who is the bad guy? As a teen, I witnessed, racist cop talk, with their after work beers. They laughed about the beatings, the tickets, the harassment. It was during the time of the rogue cop hero movie, wild boys...the handsome likeable actors. All these men passed a psych evaluation, they knew who they were hiring and the anger that swelled in them. They knew what it would create...loss of freedom, anger, frustration, depression, crime. Like the slave masters hired the slave catchers. Someone who got paid to beat down, imprison, and steal wages. When you are charged a fee/penalty, you become a slave, because you are working without reward. When you don't comply, then you are imprisoned, tortured, beat down, robbed of your life, and charged... If it is in you to speak the truth...Do so. The greatness is inside you. If it is in your power to pray...Do so. If it is in your power to uplift...Do so. If it is in your power to make a difference. A smile, a kind word, an uplifting thought. Do so, Do so, Do so. If is in your power to give. Do So. Money, I dare you, make a change. Some of you have been there, and now you leave your brothers and sistars, mothers and fathers in the trenches alone to face it and live it. When you have the power, but close your eyes to enjoy your jets, your yachts. What if I were to dare you to follow your own intuition? Trust yourself, for that is truly who you answer to? Throughout the ages it has been the kings, priests, courts, jailors, destroyers, hatemongers...those with the money and power to create serfs, slaves, criminals, crime, taxes, overconsumption, and gluttony. We can create the day we seek right now. Make a plan of the things you can do and say, use your talents, skills, resources and learn to do without so much. As we enter the Taurus moon, let us strive to let the light shine. To be kind, have kind thoughts, be fair, speak truth, stand up and be the change we seek in others.
